Asparagus also contains a compound called asparaptine, which may help boost blood circulation, potentially reducing blood pressure. Cafresco Organics is located in Koo Wee Rup, Victoria. This second-generation family farm, run by Maurie and Maria Cafra, has been producing plump and delicious veggies since the '70s. But this productive paradise wasn't always so veggie-friendly - the farm used to occupy part of the Koo Wee Rup Swamp! It took many years and a lot of effort from these amazing farmers to transfer it into the organic paradise it is today.
