My practice unravels the interplay between memory, home and the emotional bond I feel toward the Cornish landscape. The threads I weave evoke each place I have lived, and those ima gined. A ritualistic process, the rhythmic repetition of my craft allows me to drift off into the landscapes, and imaginary worlds where the comfort of nostalgia, is disturbed by uncanny visions, childhood fears and the unfamiliar.
