Blessed with an average of 300 inches of snow annually, Aspen Mountain frequently welcomes powder days, adding an extra layer of excitement to your skiing experience. In Aspen, each mountain has its unique charm, and Aspen Mountain, with its challenging slopes and vibrant atmosphere, stands as a testament to the diverse allure of this world-class destination. Launching in the winter season of 2023–2024, the recently unveiled Hero's terrain and high-speed quad will introduce 153 acres of pristine cold-snow terrain to the upper, eastern slopes of Aspen Mountain. This marks the mountain's most substantial expansion since the inauguration of the Silver Queen Gondola in December of 1985.
