Asphalin B tablets generate a germicidal formaldehyde atmosphere inside tightly sealed containers through contact with air humidity. They are intended to help maintain the sterility of already processed and packaged dental or surgical instruments during storage. Activation time At least 6 hours in a suitable, tightly sealed tray or container. Storage conditions Keep the container tightly sealed at 18-50 °C and open only to remove items. Replacement interval Replace the tablet after 14 days. Signal word Danger. Use guidance Place packaged, sterile instruments in a suitable closed tray or container after the tablet has been active for at least 6 hours.
