The narrow strap-like blades rise from a central nest, and their re peated ripples create a fuller, more textured outline than the straighter species form.Fresh fronds uncurl pale green and relatively smooth. Their margins become more deeply undulated as they lengthen and firm, while a dark central rib strengthens through the middle. Established plants can form rosettes 60 cm or more across, with upright young growth surrounded by increasingly arched mature fronds.
