The larger set means a wider variety of centres, some more perishable than others. - Cream and ganache-filled truffles should be consumed sooner — within two to three weeks of delivery for best flavour. - Avoid refrigeration unless the room is very warm. Moisture from the fridge causes the outer chocolate shell to bloom. - Keep away from light and away from strong food aromas. Cream centres before nut-based or fruit-paste centres. Dark chocolate coating lasts longer than milk.
