For heat press, set to 350°F. Pre-press garment for 2-3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. Place transfer face-down on fabric in desired position. Cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet. Iron: Apply firm, even pressure for 15-20 seconds using circular motion. Heat press: Apply medium pressure for 10-15 seconds. Let cool for 10-15 seconds, then peel backing slowly while still warm (warm peel). Re-cover with parchment paper and press for 5-10 seconds for best durability.
