This single-coil is inspired by the 1960s Ceramic bar-magnet ‘after-market’ version of the Tri-Sonic guitar pickup (distinct from the Alnico version prevalent on many of their instruments). This guitar pickup boasts remarkable power and dynamics, with the Ceramic magnet imparting brightness.
