A blend of Friulano, Malvasia and Rebula, the wine combines ripe citrus, white peach and apricot flavours with notes of flint, white flowers and subtle herbs. Naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled unfiltered, it has a gently savoury texture and vibrant freshness that evolves beautifully in the glass.
