We use slightly rough oatmeal and co mbine it with some volcanic pumice and activated charcoal. That mix creates a firm scrub that will leave you feeling invigorated and fresh. Each bar weighs between 4.5-5oz (125-140g). We only add the smallest amount of pine tar to this soap. Just enough to add its beneficial cleansing properties but not enough to overwhelm the scent.
