The PR300 EVO preamp. This model is specially designed to meet the needs of demanding music lovers, offering unprecedented modularity and remarkable musicality. We have chosen to equip it with XLR input/output and audio stages with a fully symmetrical and dual mono structure. 8 mm brushed, micro-blasted and anodised aluminium front panel, high-precision engraving. 1.5 mm steel chassis. Two 10 VA toroidal transformers, one for each of the audio stages. A 3.2 VA linear transformer (digital audio). A 5 VA low-consumption transformer (control logic). High-quality and shielded MKP link capacitors. Integral dual mono and symmetrical structure: – Two independent symmetrical stages for each channel. – One stereo attenuator per channel (with switched resistors). Audio stages with bipolar transistors with perfectly symmetrical structure, polarized in class A, very low feedback rate. Precise balance adjustment, possibility of memorizing it. Possibility of renaming the inputs. Possibility of choosing the standby mode: Low consumption or preheating. High-contrast OLED display (on or off mode after 5 seconds of inactivity). ATOLL global remote control supplied as standard. The PR300 EVO can accommodate the following optional boards: – DAC boards: DA100 and DA200. – PHONO boards: P50 and P100 (can be combined with DAC boards).
