AM Site Solutions ATV Safety & Awareness Course This is a Lantra approved course delivered by a certified Lantra course provider. This course is aimed at candidates who do not currently hold a valid safety certificate and use Quad bikes in a work environment. Participants will gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and work ethic required to safely operate an ATV. This training course ensures compliance with all statutory regulations. Duration: 1 day. Assessment: Theory and Practical Examination Course Content: Identify the hazards associated with the use of ATV. know the risks and control measures required to avoid/reduce risk. Know how to safely use ATV. Select the correct type of ATV. Inspect your ATV before use. Safely mount and drive ATV Steering Body Positions Obstacles Descending, Ascending & Traversing Hills Load Capacities Explain how to correctly store, handle and transport ATV. Select and use the correct PPE. Prerequisites: PPE 6 months operational experience PPS Number One passport size photograph Certification:On successful completion of the AM Site Solutions ATV Safety & Awareness Course participant will receive a Lantra Certification and Card
