Aube-Saline 2018 is a Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, produced from a single plot called “Val Frion” cultivated by Thibaud Brocard. This pure Chardonnay comes from Portlandian limesto ne soils, which give it its signature mineral and subtly salty character. Aged in stainless steel vats, it has matured for a long time on slats, developing complex aromas of ripe fruit, brioche, butter, and sweet spices. The palate is silky and powerful, leading to an incredibly long finish. Show more
