Forest HD6 is an 18 AWG cable for high-definition video, RF (cable and satellite TV) and subwoofer applications. Forest is a high-performance, low-distortion cable that employs sup erior design and materials, and can be terminated in the field. Forest features solid 5% silver conductors and 100% shield coverage using a 3-layer shield. Forest can be used with AudioQuest's ITC-18 RCA, BNC and F-type connectors. In all applications, Forest minimizes distortion and increases entertainment immersion and fun! FEATURES 3-Layer Shield: Foil + 90% Braid + Foil SOLID 0.5% SILVER CONDUCTORS Solid conductors minimize the harmful effects of both electrical and magnetic strand-to-strand interaction. For digital cables, whose signals are of such high frequency that they travel almost exclusively on the surface of the conductor, increasingly thick layers of silver plating are applied to AudioQuest’s Long-Grain Copper (LGC) conductors to further improve Noise-Dissipation.
