Augsburg is a historic, university town in the heart of Bavaria. It's home to some of the region's most beautiful, traditional Bavarian architecture such as the Hoher Dom and the B untes Weberhaus, which of course I absolutely loved to draw. It is also famous for its welcoming, lederhosen clad locals wishing us all "Wilkommen" and a wonderful Weissbier. Personally I like the look of the Zwetschgendatschi (plum tart), which is one, very good reason to visit Augsburg, amongst many!
