The work draws its name from the idea of a rose garden or contemplative enclosure — a place of quiet gathering, repetition, and care. Each stone retains its own history and shape, yet is held in balance within the whole, creating a form that feels both protective and exposed. The sphere suggests cycles of growth, accumulation, and endurance, evoking ancient votive objects, reliquaries, or planetary bodies shaped over time. Neither polished to perfection nor left raw, Rosarium embraces subtle variation and imperfection as evidence of human touch.
