For the Aurum a.k.a. Ausum, Alex de Witte once again played with the limitations and possibilities of glass. The addition of silver to coloured glass, blown in an organic shape, cr eates a spectacle of reflections. The reflected light under the golden surface is sent in all directions by the shape of the lamp. The light has won the Interior Innovation Award 2015 by the German Design Council.
