(contains fish sauce) Allergens It may contain fish sauce storage Once you open the jar you can keep it in the refrigerator for 4-5 weeks but if you would like to have a strong fermented flavour, please leave the Kimchi unrefrigerated at room temperature for 2 weeks. I find that this is the optimum period to bring out the best Kimchi flavour, especially if you would like to use the Kimchi to make soup or fried rice. Show more
