Our Masala Chai is black tea with the full spice cabinet: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and clove. It's warming and bold, and it's made for milk.Tastes like: Black tea, cinnamon, ging er, cardamom, clove, warming spice. How to steep it Hot: about 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water just off the boil. Steep 3 to 5 minutes; shorter is smoother, longer is stronger. Iced: brew it double strength, let it cool, and pour over ice. Start with fresh, filtered water and don't over-steep; that's what turns a cup bitter.Try it: Make a chai latte: steep it strong, then add steamed milk and a little sweetener. Iced chai with oat milk is great on a hot Florida afternoon. Each bag holds 3 oz of loose leaf tea. Show more
