This is my Sterling "Autism" Pendant, which is very near and dear to my heart as my son has Aspergers. As any parent of a special needs child knows, your family is foremost in your thoughts at all times and this pendant keeps them close to you every day. I have set lots of birthstones in this design for people and they love it! I will engrave the back for you if you like (as space allows) and there is an extra charge to set birthstones. I can supply genuine or synthetic gemstones and glittering diamonds too! The pendants are 3/4 inches in size. Please let me know what type of metal and customization you would like. These come in sterling silver, 14 karat yellow, white, pink or green gold and platinum. They are all made to order and I usually like to have 2 weeks lead time. I can do rush jobs and if I have pieces in stock I can send them out right away. Please let me know when you need your order by. The sterling designs come with either a 16", 18" or 20" chain. You may also request a gold or platinum chain I'll need to be special ordered as well for an additional charge, but rest assured I will give you a good deal since I am a retail jeweler.
