How the automatic bark detection works The collar's built-in sensor detects your dog's bark and responds automatically — no remote, no timing it yourself. In spray mode, the response escalates in steps: the first bark triggers a sound warning; if barking continues, the second bark triggers the citronella spray. If barking still continues, the collar repeats the warning and sprays twice in succession. This step-based approach means your dog gets a warning before the spray, not spray on every single bark. Modes and sensitivity A mode button cycles through response types — sound only, vibration only, sound with spray, and combined modes — so you can start gentle and add the spray response only if you need it. A separate sensitivity setting (1–5) controls how easily the collar triggers: lower for noisy households, higher for quiet ones. Setting 0 is a safe test mode, so you can confirm the collar is working — sound, vibration and spray — before it ever goes on your dog. Refilling the spray Each fill gives around 25 sprays before the display shows a low-spray warning. To refill: turn the collar off first, then press the refill bottle straight down into the spray inlet and hold for 10–15 seconds before turning the collar back on. Charging is via USB-C, and the collar should only be charged with a standard 5V charger — anything higher can damage the circuit and battery. Is it right for your dog?
