Four Perth roasters. Four completely different answers to the same question. We asked our favourite local roasters to pick their best coffee for autumn. They didn't agree on much.. ! Artem went Papua New Guinea: milk chocolate, honeycomb, a clean red apple finish. GPNT blended PNG with Ethiopia: chocolate and malt up front, a quiet orange rind at the finish. Pique went full natural process: milk chocolate into berry into caramel, a cup that makes stopping feel like a bad decision. Singular found a family farm in Ethiopia's Guji region: 26 days on raised drying beds at 2200 metres, and let the fruit do the talking. Four roasters couldn't agree. You get to decide who was right.
