United States Coast Guard Auxiliarist Operations Device Criteria: Auxiliarists wear the Auxiliarist Operations (AUXOP) Device, instead of the Specialty Training ribbon, after compl eting all specialty courses. Auxiliarists wear it on the right, immediately above the name tag on all but Dinner Dress uniforms. On the Dinner Dress Blue, males wear it above the pocket, while females wear it in the same relative position.
