Fine adjustable hand throttle / auxiliary idle control. Also works very well as a manual choke control. Turning the handle counter clockwise increases engine speed, locking ring ad justs the friction on the knob. To return to idle just hit the red button, and it all resets. Easily mountable on the dash, or on the shifter. High quality, made in the USA, stainless wire. Wire to linkage hardware included.
