New Southern Favorite with Classic Flavor Introducing the Avalon Pecan, one of the newest additions to our orchard lineup and already earning attention for its size, flavor, and quality. This variety produces large, full-bodied nuts—similar in shape to the Ellis pecan—with approximately 47 nuts per pound and 53% kernel. The Avalon’s smooth shell and plump, golden kernels make it a standout for those who love both fresh snacking and baking. Our Almost Shelled Pecans strike the perfect balance between convenience and taste. These Avalons come 80–90% shelled, leaving mostly clean halves and pieces ready for your favorite recipes. You’ll receive the exact weight ordered (available in 5 lb or 10 lb bags)—no surprises, just premium Mississippi pecans fresh from our orchard. Order Avalon Almost Shelled Pecans today and be among the first to enjoy this new Mississippi-grown variety, fresh from our orchard to your kitchen. You will receive the exact weight (5 or 10 pounds) of Almost Shelled nuts.
