Produced from the most expressive grape variety from the Vinho Verde Region, this varietal stands out for its structure and density evident, the result of a model of unique viticulture that allows greater concentration of aromas and sugars in the grapes. Upon arriving at the winemaking center, the grapes are subjected to pressing smooth at low pressure. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures, followed by stage in a stainless-steel tank, during which keep the dregs in suspension, allowing extract the maximum aromas from the variety. With pale yellow emerging as the colour characteristic, this wine has a fruity, with notes of grapefruit, lime and jasmine and a mineral and crunchy texture. Given its structure and density, Aveleda Loureiro can be enjoyed with salads and fresh vegetables, spicy dishes and seafood or sushi.
