This is a hand braided tack set in neon color. It is braided out of a high quality nylon 550 paracord. The chest plate is black and the fringe is neon hot pink, neon yellow, neon g reen, and neon turquoise. The breast collar is very adjustable. The side tugs adjust with a roller buckle and attach with a trigger snap. The bottom tug adjusts with a roller buckle and attaches with a trigger snap.
