Named after our most local woodland situated just a mile from our workshop in South Devon, the Aveton dining table takes its inspiration from the classic trestle refectory tables o f old. The 2 trestles are held rigid and upright by a central stretcher, which is fixed with a traditional dry mortice and tenon joint held in place by an oak peg. The Largest size of the Aveton table that we offer in our collections will comfortably seat 10. However this design enables flexibility in numbers when squeezing extra people around it as no one will ever have to straddle a leg. We love making the Aveton table in British Prime oak with a 45mm thick top and our clear oiled finish. Show more
