We do not offer any in-house painting or staining, however, products can be painted or stained after-the-fact. If you decide to paint, stain, or seal your product we do recommend doing so AFTER the product has been assembled.★ Assembly is required - All pieces slot together- so easy even your toddler can help! All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included. Basic tools required. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.-Our wood is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.REFUND POLICY:All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost.
