The Aviom AN-16SBR System Bridge is designed for use with Aviom Pro16 series products, such as AN-16/i and AN-16/o modules, when a system requires more than 32 channels. The system is sold as a pair, with one bridge unit placed at each end of the digital snake. The first unit combines up to four separate 16-channel A-Net data streams from the source side into a single 64-channel stream. This single stream is transmitted over one Cat-5e cable to the receiving unit. At the destination, the second AN-16SBR unit separates the combined 64-channel stream back into the original four 16-channel A-Net streams. This process is host-powered and requires no external power supply. All network connections on the AN-16SBR utilize rugged, locking Neutrik EtherCon connectors for enhanced reliability during live productions and in touring applications. Show more
