Over spring we move our bees into Avocado orchards which are nestled deep in the Karri forests near Pemberton, to assist with good pollination for the trees. The honey produced is quite unique with an almost orange honeycomb, it has a amber colour rich in flavour with a nutty after-taste that leaves a feeling of the Avocado seed. Show more
