If the time is too long, it will make it more difficult to separate the oil and water. There is a spiral stirring device in the fusion box to blend at a slow speed (30rpm, etc.). The equipment here is controlled by PLC and consists of 2 fusion boxes with a volume of 1.0m3. There is a spiral feeding pipe on the top. The user can visually observe the fusion box and freely control the crushed avocado to be added to any fusion box. Another important thing about fusion is the control of water temperature. The water temperature and water volume (flow meter) added determine the quality of avocado oil and the oil production ratio. The temperature here is 35-38 degrees constant temperature system automatic control. At the same time, many equipments use avocado oil residue as fuel to heat water (environmental protection). 4. Fruit residue separator: centrifugal separation equipment is used. Three-phase water is added here to improve the separation capacity. The amount of water added is also an important influencing factor.
