Pegging awls are used to punch the holes for wooden nails. You have the choice between awls with round point tip or flat tip. The awls are new old stock by German toolmaker Rasche, King or Leo Lammertz. They can have traces of long storage. One listing comes with 10 x awls, except size 6. Size 6 comes with 5 x awls.
