Integrated directly into existing uniforms and gear, it provides a persistent identification marker that requires no activation or user input. The patch enables identification between ground elements and supporting assets, reducing risk of fratricide and improving coordination in environments saturated with thermal and electro-optical systems. The patch also allows identification between ground units in low-light or obscured conditions without relying on IR illumination or radio transmissions, helping limit observer exposure. It is also effective in dense, human-populated environments, where friendly personnel can otherwise be difficult to distinguish among numerous thermal signatures. Warranty Information AX Innovations patches are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including delamination or bonding failures under normal mounting and use conditions. At our discretion, verified defects will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, surface scratching, loss of contrast due to use, or damage resulting from environmental exposure, misuse, modification, or improper care. These products are designed for professional and field use and will naturally degrade over time, particularly under intensive conditions.
