No. This adaptor is specifically designed for the Axis 19mm Aluminium Mast. Carbon masts have a proprietary head construction and do not use this modular adaptor system. What is the difference between Tuttle and Deep Tuttle? Deep Tuttle boxes are taller to handle the increased leverage of larger foils (common in windsurfing). This adaptor is designed to fit both; however, in a standard Tuttle box, there will simply be more bolt length required through the board. Do I need to grease the adaptor? We always recommend using a specialized marine lubricant like Tef-Gel on the bolts and the connection point between the mast and the adaptor to prevent galvanic corrosion in saltwater environments.
