Serve as-is or over ice. CAPPUCCINO RECIPE Whisk 3g Jeju Black Matcha with 100ml (3.5oz) water at 75°F / 24°C until smooth and lightly frothy. Pour into cup (ice optional), add 100ml (3.5oz) milk of choice, and top with milk foam. LATTE RECIPE Whisk 3-4g (2-3 teaspoons) Jeju Black Matcha in 30ml water at: 75°F / 24°C for hot latte Room temp for cold latte Add 240ml (1 cup) milk of choice. To sweeten, stir in 15-20g (1 Tablespoon) pure maple syrup.
