We may not realise it, but incorporating holistic rituals into our day, such as burning incense, possesses the power to totally transform it. In ancient ceremonies bark, bushes and resin were burned for their energy purifying properties. We'll be looking at heavenly aromatics like patchouli, rose and thyme which can cleanse your home when burned. I'll share their knowledge about the magical properties of ancient barks and resins before we make our own Ayurvedic incense ropes and cones.
