HOW TO USE Apply on a damp cotton pad and gently wipe off makeup and cleanse the entire face. Remove any excess with a dry cotton pad. For best results, follow up with a toner, serum, and moisturizer. Not intended for removing make-up from eyelids and around the eye area.
