Description The Azure is a 4-light wall or flush ceiling fitting with a white painted metal frame holding four teardrop-shaped opal glass shades, each housing an E27 bulb (sold separately). The frame measures 560mm wide and projects 400mm from the wall or ceiling, positioning the glass shades in a staggered cluster that diffuses light in multiple directions. Designed for dual mounting, the Azure can be fitted flush to a ceiling in bedrooms, hallways and low-ceiling spaces, or mounted to a wall as an uplighter or side-wall feature in living rooms and dining areas. The opal glass diffuses the light from each bulb into a soft glow without direct glare, making the fitting suitable for rooms where ambient rather than task lighting is needed. The white metal finish pairs with neutral and pastel interiors, and the glass itself becomes the visual feature when lit. Each of the four E27 sockets accepts bulbs up to 60W, giving control over total brightness depending on whether you fit 4W LED bulbs for low ambient light or 10-15W LEDs for higher output. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The IP20 rating restricts it to dry indoor areas only. Specification Length (mm) 560 Projection (mm) 400 Dimmable Yes Number Of Bulbs 4 Bulb Type E27 IP Rating IP20 Warranty 5 Years Frequently Asked Can this be used on a ceiling with limited height? The 400mm projection from the mounting surface means it hangs down 400mm when ceiling-mounted. This works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, but may feel low in rooms under 2.3m. Wall mounting is a better option for very low ceilings. What bulbs does it take? The Azure takes four standard E27 (Edison screw) bulbs, each up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair it with warm-white LED bulbs between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for ambient living room or bedroom lighting. Is it dimmable? Yes, when fitted with dimmable E27 bulbs and connected to a compatible dimmer switch. The metal frame and wiring support dimming, but you must use dimmable bulbs rather than standard non-dimmable LEDs. Can it be used in a bathroom? No. The IP20 rating means it has no protection against moisture and must only be installed in dry indoor areas such as bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and dining rooms.
