B-Boost directly delivers advanced methylation through the fully activated methyl donors of folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, B12 as methylcobalamin, B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and choline bitartrate. Though there are many B-vitamin products on the market, most use synthetic or inactive forms of vitamins B6, B12, and folate. These products must then be converted by the body via a series of reactions so they can actually be utilized.
