What is BWH? BWH (Bars With Holes) refers to any barbell with strategically placed holes along the shaft, allowing users to clip standard cable attachments—like ropes, D-handles, or straight bars—directly onto the bar using carabiners. This creates a versatile training tool that bridges the gap between free weights and cable systems. What is a BWH Axle? A BWH Axle is a 2" thick axle bar featuring: Holes along the shaft to attach cable handles for push/pull movements. Additional holes near the ends of the bar, designed for attaching: Voltra™ resistance units Chains Resistance bands This design preserves the grip-building benefits of a traditional axle bar while dramatically expanding its functionality for dynamic resistance training, cable-style work, and strongman-inspired movements.
