The Castle woodworking 1/8” Split Point Drill Bit is a great fit when our 9/64” drill bit is a little too large but the 7/64” bit is too small for a slip fit. Our 1/8” Split Point Drill Bit will work well in all materials. Titanium nitrate (TiN) coating provides a thermal barrier and aids the lubricity of the bit. In field tests conducted by heavy volume woodworkers, this bit may have up to three times the cutting life of other drill bits.
