But more importantly, it is known for its vibrant green colour, incredible fragrance and very mellow, nutty taste. ✓ A Unique Matcha for Connoisseurs – When prepared as usucha, the Chiran Harvest Matcha froths up beautifully, unveiling an ultra-smooth and creamy texture with interesting notes of nutty umami malt. It boasts a delicate finish, showcasing subtle sweetness and no bitter aftertaste. ✓ Limited Quantities - Because the Seimei cultivar has not yet entered full-scale commercial production, quantity is limited and we sometimes run out of stock.
