About This 100% pure wasabi, no horseradish. Our Wasabi Power uses 100% real wasabi mixed in with salt and brown rice. The brown rice gives the salt a crunch that is different from other wasabi salts out in the market. This unique salt can be used in a variety of ways, including mixing with snacks, fried foods but also goes great mixed in with a cocktail or a rim salt such as margarita salt. There are many kinds of salts out in the market but we decided to mix our wasabi powder with sea salt which allows us to retain a more natural flavor. Love fried foods? So do we! Try our wasabi salt with traditional Japanese fried foods such as karaage, tempura, croquette or go fusion with fried chicken, french fries, fish and chips, deep fried zucchini's, fried shrimps or anything else you can think of! Fans love our wasabi salt with different kinds of meats and seafood. It has a well pairing with steak, yakitori, chicken breast, white fish, carpaccio, sashimi and cocktail shrimp. Try using this salt as a finishing salt for grilled vegetables, deviled eggs, scrambled eggs, edamame snacks, mixed nuts, baked potatos, popcorn flavoring seasoning and even vanilla ice cream.
