Always check temperature of milk/food before feeding. Recommend temperature is 99℉~108℉ (37℃~42℃). After use, take bottle apart and wash all parts thoroughly. Refrigerator and microwave safe. Remove the lid if microwave needed. Cleaning and Sterilizing: Dishwasher safe (top rack only). Wash all parts in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly right.
