How to Use Oat Milk Powder: In recipes calling for traditional, dairy powdered milk, you can substitute oat milk powder 1:1 for a similar result. When adding to batter in a dish like french toast or pancakes, we recommend combining all wet ingredients first, then adding the oat milk powder and combining thoroughly using a whisk or hand mixer before folding in any remaining dry ingredients.
