It is ideal for outdoor applications due to its strength and resistance to corrosion (rust), even in high-saline environments like coastal areas. USE & CARE: To maintain the fixture's shine and maximize its lifespan, surface clean with soft cloths or plastic scouring pads. Use non-chlorinated soaps to remove build-up and a removal agent like CLR to remove any corrosion. After cleansing, a stainless steel polish can add long-term protection. Fully rinse any cleaning agents with warm water. Do not use wire brushes, scrapers or abrasive cleaning agents with chlorides or salts; these can compromise the surface, letting corrosion take hold.
