The small size captures 4 oz or 1/2 cup of liquids, the medium 6 oz or 3/4 cup, and our large size a whooping 8 oz/a full cup. Epicurean's paper composite material is a natural material. Color, primarily our natural color, will develop a deep patina over time, behaving similar to wood or a wood floor. Patina does not affect the performance or integrity of the product/material and Epicurean does not guarantee color fastness for the life of the product.
