About This 【ECOWITT GW1108 Wi-Fi Weather Station】: GW1108 Weather Station Kit includes GW1100 Wi-Fi Gateway and WS90 Outdoor Sensor Array. The GW1100 Wi-Fi gateway is equipped with indoor temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure sensors. The WS90 outdoor sensor array can measure outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed/direction, rain data, and UVI. 【Upgraded Gateway & Easy Wi-Fi Configuration】: Compared with the old version gateway GW1000, Ecowitt simplifies the GW1100 Wi-Fi configuration procedure, allowing you to finish the Wi-Fi configuration easily and get more accurate data. The GW1100 quick start manual will guide you through the Wi-Fi configuration in detail. Say goodbye to the complicated Wi-Fi configuration procedure. 【Various Sensors Supported】: Besides pairing with WS90 outdoor sensor, the GW1100 WiFi weather station gateway can also collect sensor data from various Ecowitt wireless sensors(sold separately), such as WN32 outdoor temperature and humidity sensor, WH40 rain gauge sensor, WS68/WS85 outdoor sensor, up to 8 WN31 multi-channel temperature and humidity sensors, up to 8 WH51/WH51L soil moisture sensors, up to 4 WH41/WH43 PM2.5 air quality sensors, WH45/WH46 air quality sensor, WH55 Water leak sensors and WH57 Lightning sensor. 【Haptic Rain Sensor】: Compared with traditional rain gauge sensor, the WS90 outdoor sensor is equipped with a Haptic Rainfall Sensor at the top that accurately measures rainfall volume in detail, featuring rain detection and rain stop interpretation functions. This special sensor does not vibrate, it is not affected even by harsh weather conditions, and it’s designed to keep working with accuracy in any context. 【NOTE】The daily rain deviation of WS90 is very small in the long run, but under certain conditions, the deviation could be larger, As the raindrop size and wind speed can have different impacts on the sensor output, which leads to this variance. The WS90 product suffers from this imperfectness. If you are very demanding on rain data accuracy, we recommend you purchase WH40 and use it with WS90. If there is no precise requirement on data of each rain, then WS90 is just fine. 【View Live Data & Publish to Internet Weather Services】: You can use a mobile application (WS View Plus/Ecowitt APP) to view collected live data, manage sensor calibration setup, and manage sensor selection. Besides, the GW1100 Wi-Fi gateway supports uploading all the sensors data to Weather Underground, WOW, Weather Cloud, Ecowitt Weather and other custom sites(using either Wunderground or Ecowitt protocol) Overview Brand : ECOWITT Recommended Uses For Product : Garden, Home Specific Uses For Product : GW1100 Gateway: Built-in indoor temperature&humidity sensor and barometric pressure sensor., WS90 Outdoor Sensor Array: Outdoor temperature&humidity; Piezo rain gauge; Wind Speed&direction; solar&UV light.
