[Food Grade Platinum Silicone Pastry Mat] U-Taste pastry mat is made of food safe platinum liquid silicone (A real platinum silicone mat must have a filling hole in the back). With no odd smell, it is safe to use with bread making. The measurement on the baking mat is made of silicone, so no worries of painted marks fading and sticking to your food. This kneading mat comes with 2 hanging holes, a rubber band to tie it up and a small packing bag for easy storage. Dishwasher safe as well. [A Non-Stick Working Surface] If you hate to clean up the powdery mess of flour, this pastry rolling mat can be a game changer. It provides a clean and smooth non-stick working surface for you. Takes you less flour to roll and knead the dough without tearing its tender surface. It should be so much easier to release the dough from this mat than from your granite/tile countertop or from a wooden cutting board. Using the mat may cut your clean up time from 40 minutes to 10 minutes. [Non-Slip: Static-cling Effect] Every time you roll this silicone pie mat out, it stays perfectly flat, and does not slide around when you are working the dough. Thanks to the crease-resistant material, it gets no permanent creases even after you fold it up to store in a drawer. It is thicker (1.2mm) than others, which makes it sturdier and easier to lay flat than others do. The static-cling effect makes it stick as if it's glued down, but you still can easily lift it up for removal. [Clear CM&INCH Auxiliary Line and Raised Edges] No need to “eyeball” the size of the dough anymore! This dough rolling mat comes with measurements along the sides, clear auxiliary line and clear circles markings in the middle to help you cut/roll out the dough sizes at any position that you need. The raised edges are to stop flour and water getting out of the mat to keep countertop from mess especially when you are working with wet dough. 3 handy conversion charts are very useful for proportion.
